The decision to form a company was based upon a desire to provide a firm, commercial foundation to achieve the vision of the Principal Instructor - Jun Shihan Ben Otang.

Jun Shihan Ben's Vision

"To establish the necessary safe and encouraging environments from which the core values and principles of Seido Karate (Love, Respect and Obedience) can be propagated and nurtured to create prosperous and caring communities throughout the Wellington Region."

The Kaizen Academy is governed by a board of directors.  The members of the Board are:
